Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist / A/B Tester (f/m/d)

Job description

This is an exciting job opportunity within our central online marketing team, that will cover a maternity leave (approximately 24 months) and has a high potential to be converted ;-) into a permanent role. 


As Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist (f/m/d) you will act as a key intermediary between CRM, Product Management, Marketing, and local shop teams. In this role, you will be responsible for three main areas of Onsite Marketing, with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization:

  • Develop and execute a test-and-learn environment as well as an overall onsite marketing roadmap together with CRM, Markets, and PO’s.
  • Conception, coordination, and evaluation of A/B testing and personalization campaigns, both onsite (web & app) in all international zooplus webshops using Adobe Target.
  • Enable local Shop Teams to personalize shop measures including developing new advertising formats and marketing initiatives on our websites.


In addition, you will be accountable for using tools such as Adobe Analytics to provide reporting on, and the analysis of Onsite activities; preparing material that can clearly communicate the performance of these activities to other stakeholders, such as Product Owners, Shop Managers.


Your Tasks

  • You will optimize the customer journey (first touchpoint to conversion) of visitors across our various business units (websites), both performance- and engagement-driven.
  • You identify uplift potentials based on qualitative and quantitative data and then develop concepts and measures in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders such as web analytics, CRM, Online Marketing, PO’s, Dev’s, shop managers, and UI/UX.
  • You establish continuous testing of new personalization ideas as well as the playout of rule-based and automated personalization.
  • In collaboration with the Digital Analytics Team, you increase the transparency and measurability of our measures and report the results to the relevant stakeholders in the company.
  • You are responsible for the development and standardization of onsite advertising opportunities for zooplus, as well as partner campaigns.

Requirements

  • A relevant university degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation, A/B testing, and Onsite Personalization
  • You think conceptually across all channels involved and optimize the user journey holistically as well as strongly driven by numbers and KPIs.
  • You have good time-management skills, the ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal and communication skills, are a critical thinker and problem-solver
  • You have proficient English skills, both written and verbal
