Declaration of consent for saving applicant data

I agree to collect and use my personal data for the application process. If I have shared ‘specific categories of personal data’ pursuant to Article 9 of the GDPR (e.g. a photo that shows my ethnic origin, information about a disability, etc.) in my application or in other documents submitted during the application process, my consent also applies to this data. However, zooplus wants to evaluate all applicants on their qualifications alone, and therefore asks that such information is not included in the application where possible.

This consent is also valid for data that relates to my qualifications and activities available from publicly accessible data sources (with particular reference to professional social networks) that zooplus has admissibly obtained as part of the application process. The data is not shared with third parties.

This consent is voluntary and does not affect my chances in the current application process. I can refuse this without stating reasons, and without fearing that I will be disadvantaged because of this. I can withdraw my consent at any time; in this case, my data will be deleted immediately after the application process. Therefore, contact HR.
