Product Owner (Delivery)

Job description

As part of the Delivery Area, you will work on a mission of developing efficient and sustainable solutions to make the parcel delivery experience for Zooplus customers exemplary. As a Product Owner of the Truck and Capacity Planning Team, you will drive solutions to help allocate our truck and fulfillment center resources intelligently, focusing on lead time and cost.


Exciting projects ahead involve

  • - the implementation and international rollout of a market-leading TMS tool involving collaboration with external partners
  • - the development of a front-end application for network planning
  • - working on optimization algorithms to excel our planning process


Your Responsibilities will be:


  • Creating a product vision and roadmap and translating it into your backlog items
  • Running sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive the team and focus on delivering value
  • Initiating and coordinating user tests for developed features
  • Working closely with various stakeholders (internal and external) to identify new challenges and develop ideas for the roadmap
  • Being an active contributor to product-related business process changes and the establishment of new business processes
  • Planning and communicating critical releases, managing milestones, expectations, dependencies & risk
  • Establishing, owning, and driving Product Team "KPIs"

Requirements

  • Several years of experience working in an agile organization as a Product Owner or similar role (familiar with SCRUM/Kanban and tools like JIRA/Confluence)
  • Degree in Business administration, ---Informatics (or similar) or comparable qualification
  • Experience in Supply Chain, familiarity with warehousing and transportation processes and solutions
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Enjoying working in very fast-paced and consistently growing environments
  • Passionate about complex and challenging products
