As part of the Delivery Product Area, you will develop efficient and sustainable solutions to make the parcel delivery experience for Zooplus customers exemplary. As a Product Owner of the "Parcel packing and Routing" Team, you will develop solutions that impact the whole European logistics network and millions of parcels per month.

Your Responsibilities are going to include:

• Creating a product vision and roadmap and translating it into your backlog items
• Running sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive the team and focus on delivering value
• Establishing, owning and driving Product Team "KPIs" and Monitoring processes for the products
• Initiating and coordinating user tests for developed features
• Working closely with various stakeholders (internal and external) to identify new challenges and develop ideas for the roadmap
• Being an active contributor to product-related business process changes and the establishment of new business processes
• Planning and communicating critical releases, managing milestones, expectations, dependencies & risk

• Background in Informatics, Data Science (or similar), Business administration
• 2-3 years of experience working in an agile organization as a Product Owner or similar role (familiar with SCRUM/Kanban and tools like JIRA/Confluence)
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Experience in Supply Chain, familiarity with warehousing and transportation processes and solutions would be great
• Enjoy working in very fast-paced and consistently growing environments
• Ready to work with complex and challenging products which make a high impact on operational excellence
