(Senior) HR Business Partner (f/m/d)

Job description

As HR Business Partner you act as a consultant, service partner and sparring partner of the executives of an assigned area in all personnel-relevant issues. Your focus lies on an intensive business partnership and a clear orientation to the business needs. You accompany our growth and change processes and support the executives in the operative and strategic pursuit of their management duties.


  • Operational personnel work from hiring to resignation, efficient and optimal implementation of HR guidelines and HR tools
  • Advising business unit leaders in areas such as organizational assessment, succession planning, organizational and personnel development, performance management, workforce planning and change management to strengthen the overall organizational capability
  • Developing and implementing HR principles and guidelines as well as processes and structures on an international level
  • Acting as a sparring partner for leaders providing consulting on organizational structure, role profiles, team development and related individual measures
  • Having the responsibility for selected recruitment processes that are essential for your business area
  • By using people KPIs and people data insights you analyze challenges and trends and derive reasonable measures
  • Participate and realize Corporate HR projects focused on continuous process improvement of core programs and services
  • Identifying needs and develop holistic people concepts in collaboration with leaders

Requirements

  • Degree in human resources management, business, or a related field
  • Sound working experience, with significant experience as
    HR Business Partner in a multi-national (technology) company or Retailer
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
  • Capability to translate business goals into people requirements and meaningful people products
  • Develop trustful professional relationships with business stakeholders and peers
  • Being self-directed, motivated and familiar with a dynamic environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both German and English across all levels within the organization
