(Senior) Manager Conversion Rate Optimization (m/f/d) E-Commerce

Job description

We are looking for a (Senior) Manager Conversion Rate Optimization to successfully establish new processes and influence key business decisions at zooplus. You will be part of a great international team and use state-of-the-art A/B testing tools like Adobe Target. You will have a lot of high value data to optimize the customer experience. You will define new standards for testing and increase awareness of testing within the organization. Are you ready to take on this challenge?


In this important role, you act as an intermediary between CRM, Product Management, Marketing, and local Shop teams. You will be responsible for three main areas of Onsite Marketing, with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization:

  1. Setting up and coordination of A/B tests, personalization of activities using Adobe Target.
  2. Operational planning and steering of Onsite campaigns across multiple shops.
  3. Development of new Onsite advertising formats and marketing initiatives for zooplus and bitiba websites.

In addition, you will be accountable for using tools such as Adobe Analytics to provide reporting on and the analysis of Onsite activities; preparing material that can clearly communicate the performance of these activities to other stakeholders, such as Product Owners, Shop Managers.


What you will be doing as a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager:

  • Execute & evaluate A/B testing and personalization campaigns, both onsite (web & app) together with responsible business stakeholders (e.g. markets) and functional stakeholders (e.g. POs, CRM, Analysts).
  • Ensure consistent and highly personalized customer experiences that increase sales conversion across all our zooplus shops.
  • Set up reporting by identifying relevant KPIs and leveraging data from Adobe Target and Analytics.
  • Support Online Marketing (CRM, Social...) with advanced landing page concepts to maximize conversions.

Requirements

  • You have a proven (5+ years) experience in e-commerce or onsite marketing for direct-to-consumer companies.
  • You have a strong understanding of A/B testing and user-centric principles, such as audience building, developing content and experiences for target groups.
  • You have project management experience or advanced organizational skills; experience in coordinating meetings, people, and timelines – including tracking the progress and outcomes of projects, and communicating the findings to other teams within an organization.
  • You have a very good knowledge of web analytics, as well as previous experience with A/B testing tools and/or personalization platforms such as Adobe Target.
  • You are self-motivated, process-driven; a strong communicator that can use data to influence others.
