Senior Manager Payments (m/f/d)

In this role you must understand international payments requirements and identify opportunities for continuous service improvements and innovation. Once identified, you deliver the outcome in support of the business.

Your tasks

• Shaping the roadmap in alignment with the stakeholders to achieve best-in-class payment throughout all our countries
• Focus on customer centricity as core of all our payment activities
• Improvement of the payment cost structure and steering of payment methods according to customer needs and cost efficiency
• Taking care of fraud prevention
• Management of service providers
• Payment feature benchmark analysis
• Monitoring of legal regulations and realization of the necessary business adjustments

Your profile

• Significant business experience (5years+) in digital ecommerce payments
• High affinity for IT, UX and process design as well as regulatory changes in payment
• Fluent in English – German language is a plus
• Structured way of working, independent and assertive personality
