Beside doing online marketing for all the countries, our team also works on cutting edge cross department online marketing projects.


Senior Onsite Advertising Manager (f/m/d)

As Onsite Advertising Manager you act as an interface between CRM, Vendor Management, Marketing and local Shop teams. In your role, you will take over three main areas of onsite marketing and thus cover major aspects of conversion rate optimization:

  1. Operational planning and steering of onsite measures for multinational campaigns
  2. Development of new advertising formats and marketing measures on our websites
  3. Establishment of onsite personalization using Adobe Target.

Besides, the continuous success measurement of previously realized onsite measures through analysis tools is part of your work; as well as the preparation and presentation of corresponding data material.


Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute an overall strategy for onsite marketing together with CRM, Sales and the Central Campaign Planning Team
  • Lead regular cross-functional sessions (with teams form CRM, CRO, UX, Analytics, IT, and Shop) to collect, shape, prioritize and implement use cases for onsite personalization within given CRM strategy
  • Introduce standardized processes to enable local Shop Teams to personalize shop measures
  • Ensure a consistent and highly personalized customer experience
  • Responsible for the development and standardization of advertising opportunities in the shop for zooplus and partner campaigns, incl. corresponding maintenance in the campaign management tool
  • Foster synergies between zooplus countries by sharing valuable learnings and applying best practices
  • Support Online Marketing with advanced landing page concepts to maximize conversions
  • Suggest, implement, and try out new IT/technical features; support bug fixing within scope of possibility
  • Set-up holistic experience reporting with suitable key metrics, leveraging Adobe Analytics

Requirements

Your Profile

  • You have a proven experience of campaign planning or onsite marketing in retail business
