Senior Process Manager (f/m/d)

Job description

As this setting is quite unique in Europe we are not looking for a standard Process Manager, but for a personality who is capable in thinking out of the box, conceptually strong, highly skilled in building processes, continuous improvement plans, talented in establishing meaningful partnerships and work constructively in Matrix- and decentralized organizations.


  • You master all lean methods and procedures for the efficient design of the entire value chain of FMCG and processes along the entire supply chain, driven by innovativeness combined with pragmatism.
  • Control input-, output flows and product needs related to our customer wishes
  • Assess and analyze processes in shipping and determine corrective actions as well as built and control the compliance of outgoing processes, materials and products according to company KPIs.
  • Determine processes and shipping quality conditions in the fulfillment centers and at the Delivery Service providers 
  • Establish reports, propose changes and improvements in organization, productivity, and along the Supply Chain.
  • As part of the existing Lean program you are a key driver for the deepening of the concept in the international matrix team.

    Requirements


    • Sound experience in applied Lean Management and Lean Coaching
    • Strong English skills, add. European language is a plus
    • Excellent process thinker with conceptual skills
    • Experienced team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
    • Travel readiness
