Senior Project Manager Commercial Programs

At Zooplus, a leading European E-commerce, we are constantly looking for new solutions in order to expand our presence in the pet supply market and among our clients.

Within the Central Sales Project team, we are embracing the new challenge of launching new commercial strategies and projects, for example, Dynamic Bundling or rolling out new shops, therefore a unique opportunity is now available for you!

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for successful management and delivery of end-to-end Commercial Programs Initiatives, including all phases: planning, execution, controlling, communication, and closure of projects using the relevant project governance.
• You will be the key player in leading new projects aligned with our commercial strategy.
• Being in constant contact with internal stakeholders (country heads, direct- and digital marketing team, pricing- and loyalty team) you will propose solutions and improve our workflow.
• Being the bridge between the Technical Teams and the Business you will ensure excellence in project delivery.
• You enrich your ideas with relevant analyses, calculate business cases and discuss your solution with top management.

Requirements:

• You are a curious and open-minded Project Manager with at least 5 years of professional experience / with a minimum of 3 years experience in a project delivery role.
• Your background is in Project coordination, Commercial Project management preferably exposed to marketing, pricing, or category management within e-commerce.
• You are adept at using Excel and PowerPoint, ideally, knowledge of SQL is also preferred.
• You are able and willing to own topics and drive them forward independently while being a team player at heart.
• You like to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices to maximize the reliability and efficiency of our processes.
• You have fast and analytical problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach with high sense of adaptability
• You are experienced in working in a dynamic environment, have an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive "can-do" attitude
• You have excellent communication skills, fluency in English is mandatory
• PMP / PRINCE II certification would be considered a plus
• Knowledge of retail e-commerce platforms is advantageous
