Introducing the OM Team

We are a team of 40+ Online Marketing Managers in 10 countries that handle SEO in more than 30 countries. Learning, experimenting and collaboration is the heart and soul of our team. Besides doing SEO for all the countries, our team also works on cutting edge cross department Online Marketing projects.

As support for our Online Marketing team at our Headquarter in Munich we are looking for a full time

SEO Team Lead (m/f/d)

Your tasks as SEO Team Lead (m/f/d) include among others:

• Responsibility for driving organic traffic to all zooplus domains

• Development and control of SEO activities across Europe

• Managing and developing the international SEO team (2 direct reports and 10+ matrix reports)

• Collaboration with Product Managers and relevant stakeholders on project implementation with focus on driving successful SEO outcomes

• Advocating SEO throughout the company

• Analyzing results of SEO optimizations and continually create strategies to get the greatest return

We are looking for this profile:

• You have 5 years of SEO experience with a proven track record – ideally in the e-commerce business

• You have profound experience with SEO tools, CMS systems, analytics and SEO KPIs

• You are able to work independently, results-oriented and have great communication skills

• You have 2 years of experience in managing and developing a team

• You are a fluent English speaker and other languages are a plus

• You have successfully completed a university or college degree, ideally in economics or an equivalent area
