Shop Manager E-Commerce Sweden (m/f/d)

Job description

This position can be fulfilled in fulltime or as well in parttime.

  • Optimizing the online shop and drive sales and profitability
  • Sales-oriented placement of the (promotion) products and brands in the online shop
  • Responsibility for creation, implementation and evaluation of online sales promotions and other direct marketing activities
  • Supervising and quality assurance of the translators
  • Continuous improvement of the online shop e.g. extension of the product categories and implementation of e-mailing campaigns
  • Development of customer retention program e.g. bonus program
  • Monitoring and analysis of sales KPIs e.g. revenue, sales, contribution margin
  • Continuous observation of the market and realization of competition and price comparisons
  • Support in pricing according to company guidelines
  • Close coordination with the departments of Online Marketing and Customer Service


  • A successfully completed degree in economics, media studies or communication with an emphasis on marketing or sales
  • First work experience in sales, communication or direct marketing ideally with retail or eCommerce background
  • Swedish as mother tongue and fluent in English; German is a plus
  • High Internet affinity, interest in pet products and fun at the commercialization of products
  • Strength in analyzing business relevant KPIs in Excel or Adobe Analytics
  • With creativity, text and style skills in the language you always hit the right note with the target group
  • A strong quality consciousness, clear results focus and implementation skills
