We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Expert (f/d/m) to join our ambitious HR dream team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate acquisition strategies. You will have the opportunity to participate in shaping the newly created central talent acquisition function with the mission to deliver an outstanding candidate experience across our offices in Europe by leveraging innovative recruitment technology trends.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners in various departments (pan-European) to define hiring needs according to organisational goals
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand each position’s expectations
  • Plan and conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, or in-person/video interviews
  • Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill to make informed decisions and advise internal stakeholders
  • Have candidate experience on top of your priorities ensuring all the candidates are treated respectfully and with prompt responses 
  • Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
  • Manage respective candidate pools and referrals to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
  • Work closely with employer branding and active sourcing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, selection and assessment methodologies
  • Research talent acquisition trends and suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Requirements

  • Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection/assessment methods
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or tech-savvy 
  • Outstanding communication (Business English mandatory, German a plus) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • A positive, “can do” attitude
  • BSc in Human Resources, Business Psychology or relevant field
